Stefania Tardito
Stefania Tardito is a Stockholm-based product leader, consultant, educator and builder. She works across product strategy, discovery, experimentation and digital products, and on how AI is changing the way organisations decide what to build.

In short
Stefania currently works as a product consultant through SeventyOne Consulting, where she leads a frontend e-commerce product team at Coop Sverige. She is also an Industry Leader on the Product Management and Data Analytics programmes at Hyper Island, and a product instructor with Product Heroes.
She has more than ten years of experience in product, conversion and digital growth across retail, e-commerce, SaaS and B2B, with product roles at Nextory, Universum, Ahlsell and MatHem. Alongside that work she builds her own products with AI.
Product Rhythm is her personal site: the home for her work, writing, teaching and the things she builds. She lives in Stockholm and works in Italian, English and Swedish.
What I work on
The front end of product decisions: what's worth building, how a team decides, and how it learns whether it worked.
- Product strategy and direction
- Turning ambiguity into a direction a team can explain, and roadmaps it can act on.
- Discovery and experimentation
- Testing assumptions before they turn into roadmap items. I built the CRO practice at MatHem from scratch, and experimentation practices at Nextory.
- AI in product development
- Where AI creates real business value, and what it changes about how organisations find opportunities, prioritise and build.
- Product leadership
- Prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and cross-functional ways of working. Right now that means leading a product team at Coop.
- Digital commerce and growth
- Acquisition, conversion and SEO across subscription, grocery and B2B e-commerce.
What I believe
I'm known for asking difficult questions early, and for creating clarity where complexity gets in the way.
- Building the right thing before building the thing right
- Clear thinking over quick answers
- Outcomes over output
- Evidence over opinion
- Sustainable progress over short-term speed
Teaching and community
I teach product to people who are learning it, and to teams who already do it every day.
Hyper Island
Industry Leader, Product Management & Data Analytics
May 2026 – Present
On the Product Management programme I teach product thinking, stakeholder alignment, experimentation, growth and cross-functional ways of working. On the Data Analytics programme I lead a course on data-informed decision-making: turning analysis into a recommendation a business can act on, managing stakeholders through a real engagement, and holding a position under pressure. Students work on live client briefs end to end.
Product Heroes
Product Instructor, B2B training
Apr 2026 – Present
I work with product teams and leadership on how decisions get made in complex environments: framing the problem, challenging assumptions early, and connecting discovery and delivery to business outcomes.
Community

Jun 2025 – Jun 2026
Grew one of Stockholm's AI communities by connecting practitioners, technology companies and product leaders around the practical use of AI, through partnerships and events.

Things I build
Alongside client work I build real products with AI, from idea to something people use. It keeps my judgement honest.
- DiarioFamily app, two usersEverything our son's school sends, in one place we can read on a phone before coffee. Private, and the project that changed how I think about distance from the user.
- BloomRunning & strength coachA training coach I built to get from a herniated disc to a half marathon. Pulls data from Garmin, eases off when something hurts, and writes a short note after every run.
- SeventyOne MatchInternal toolBrings 220+ interim roles from email, LinkedIn and job boards into one searchable place, matched to consultants. Built for the SeventyOne team.
- MiddagFamily dinner plannerBuilt in a weekend because no existing tool understood my family. A week of dinners in seconds, cook mode with live timers, and a shopping list sorted by aisle.
