Problem

Training plans don't live in one place.

A physio PDF here. A coach's voice note there. An old spreadsheet. Every week, you improvise: what weight today? What did I do last session? Did I actually hit my deload? The data exists โ€” but it's scattered, and the coordination cost compounds over time. You plateau not because you're not working hard enough, but because you've lost the thread.

02
Opportunity

Adaptive load management is a coordination problem, not a complex one.

The logic of progressive overload is well understood. What's missing isn't the algorithm โ€” it's a system that holds the full picture: physio protocol, coach brief, Strava history. One that knows what you did last week, adjusts what you should do this week, and doesn't require you to think about it.

03
Solution

One system that knows your full training context.

Bloom is an adaptive strength-training PWA built around one training programme. It merges the physio protocol, the coach notes, and Strava data into a single interface that tells you exactly what to lift โ€” and updates week by week based on what you actually did. I built it for myself. I use it every day.

Capabilities

Adaptive load

Adjusts weights automatically each week based on logged performance. No manual planning.

Gym / Travel mode

Two complete exercise sets. One tap to switch when you're away from your regular gym.

Strava integration

Running data flows into the system. Bloom knows your full training week, not just your lifts.

Personal bests

Tracks PRs per exercise over time. Progress is always visible โ€” no spreadsheet required.
